Rhoose lifeguard Masters section have come a fantastic 2nd at the Welsh Ocean Championships giving the rest of the club a great start to the overall competition by amassing over 500 points to the Wilkinson Sword Aggregate.

The club would like to thank the above team members for taking a day out of their annual leave work entitlement to represent Rhoose Lifeguards at this challenging event, and credit goes to the club members and their famillies for turning up and supporting our masters team.
The afternoon events started with flags, followed immediately with sprints, relays and 1km then there was a 30 min break followed by sea events with Surf, Board, Ski, Double Ski and Taplin.
