Pre-season Nipper Training weekend
Once again the Rhoose Nipper section and families went camping at Kennexstone Farm, near Llangennith last Friday May 15 and Saturday May 16. Despite the challenging weather conditions at night (56 MPH winds ) all the Nippers had a fantastic weekend.

After arriving on Friday evening the adults chilled out with beer and wine while the Nippers explored and played games. Saturday was spent with activities at the camp site in the morning and riding the surf on Port Eynon beach in the afternoon. A family BBQ was held Saturday evening with a huge game of football and chocolate egg hunt with Marsh Mallows cremated over the B.B.Q. by the Nippers.
The Club would like to thank all involved for supporting the weekend and if anyone is interested in buying a good quality tent used only once please speak to Sian Barron as she is joining the Caravan crew.
I would also like to thank the parents and coaches for taking the time to support and attend the weekend to give the children the opportunity to experience a family and club activity that we used to enjoy when we were younger, that other clubs are finding it more and more difficult to run.
