At the Welsh Stillwater Champs on February 23/24 2008, Rhoose Juniors came in 2nd place, 9 points behind the winners. The Senior team were 6th, and the Masters team (of 1) were 8th (beating Jackson's Bay).

Rhoose came home with 37 medals - 8 Golds, 12 Silvers and 17 Bronze.
