Sunday morning Paddling - Update |

Due to the forecast high winds, there will not be paddling at Cosmeston this Sunday, November 29.
There will be a theory and preparation session for those due to start paddling this year - the 12 yr old group born in 1997. Please meet at the Hut at 9:00 AM wearing training kit.
Should last one hour.

Steve Baron runs Cardiff Half for Club |

Club Masters member Steve Baron recently completed the Cardiff Half Marathon and raised over 500 pounds for Rhoose Lifeguards. Well done Steve and many thanks to all that sponsored him.

Rhoose Masters Trophy presented to the club
At the annual SLSA Wales Presentation evening at Porthcawl on October 10, Rhoose were presented with the Masters Trophy.
Congratulations to all the Masters who took part in the competition over the year.
