Rhoose Lifeguard Club was established in 1968 and has a successful history competing on the local, national and international level.

Affiliated to the Surf Life Saving Association of Wales and also Great Britain, Rhoose has an excellent track record of providing training and social activities for its members whilst ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment on Fontygary Beach.
